About Me

Hey there, I’m Joe—a UX/UI designer with a background in tech support, customer experience, and graphic design.

I started out in graphic design, earning my AA and learning how to communicate visually and solve problems creatively. That evolved into roles at Apple Retail and Melissa, where I spent over five years in tech support—helping people navigate complex tools with clarity and care.

Along the way, I realized I wanted to do more than troubleshoot—I wanted to improve the experience at its core. So I trained in UX/UI, took on freelance projects, and started designing intuitive, human-centered interfaces for nonprofits, small businesses, and everyday users.

Now, I blend empathy, logic, and design thinking to make things smoother—for teams, for customers, and for whoever’s behind the screen.

Outside of work, I’m probably playing guitar, exploring new games, or deep in a DIY project.

Let’s connect—especially if you’re looking for someone who brings support experience, design skills, and a people-first mindset to the table.
